How do I know what items to include in my baby gift registry?
To help you get started, the team at essentials4baby have developed suggested gift registry lists for baby showers, birthdays, christenings etc. Each provides detailed information and inspiration for providing you with all the equipment you need for your babies first years, birthdays etc. Please call one of our Babes in our C Section who would be more than happy to email you suggested lists which will provide you with inspiration and assistance when making your selections.

Why not a Private Baby Gift Registry?
In short - because a public Gift Registry is easier for your guests! A Baby Gift Registry with essentials4baby is set up with you and your partner's name and the suburb/city you live in. We will not share your private information such as your email address, telephone number or full address. With using your name and location our Gift Registry is user friendly, and easily searchable within our website.

A public Baby Gift Registry is easier to access by your registry guests. To view your gift registry there is no need to "register" with our store or enter passwords to see your Gift List. This means less confusion from family and friends that aren't familiar with online shopping. With one simple link you can refer your family and friends directly to your baby gift registry.

When should I register?
We advise our customers to register at least three to four months before your shower or event. This allows your family and friends enough time to purchase their gift/s.

Will all my products be available at the time my guests wish to make a purchase?
We cannot guarantee that all gifts on your registry will be available at the time of purchase due to the high demand for some of our products. Should this occur, we will invite your guests to place the gift on order or make another gift registry selection from the gift registry or our online shop.

What product information is provided on the site?
You'll find comprehensive information about each item in our online shop, including materials, dimensions, colours and sizing.

Can I return any of my gifts?
Please refer to our return/exchange policy in our C Section for more information.

How do I make changes to my registry after I've created it?

How often is my gift registry purchases updated online?
Your gift registry is updated instantly after an order is placed online. The team at essentials4baby will do their best to keep your registry as up-to-date as possible.

How do I know when an item has been purchased from my registry?
When someone purchases a registry item online or by phone, the gift will be automatically reflected on your registry as purchased once the transaction is complete.

When will I receive my gifts?
When purchasing a gift from essentials4baby gift registry the purchaser has the option to have the gift sent directly to them or to be sent in bulk to the event/party. If the option to have the gift sent to the event/party is chosen one of our babes will contact the recipient and arrange a suitable delivery time.

How long does my gift registry stay active?
Your gift registry will remain active online for two months after the date of your event.

Can I get my purchase gift wrapped?
To compliment the perfect gift we offer the perfect wrapping. From as little as $5 per item, essentials4baby gifts look a million bucks! Simply add gift wrapping to your cart.  You can enter a gift message during the checkout process too!

If I buy on-line is my privacy protected?
Most certainly, your privacy is important to us. We respect your privacy, so we will not sell or distribute our customers’ information unless otherwise required by a matter of law. Please refer to our privacy policy in our C Section. Also to ensure your personal information is secure with essentials4baby we use industry standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server.

What should I do if there are no gifts left to purchase?
This couldn’t possibly happen, but if it does occur why not give them a Gift Certificate to spend on the item of their choice. Gift certificates come in any denomination of your choice over $25.
